Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your business and take great pride in respecting the value of your time, and hope you will respect ours as well.
We schedule our day and are solely paid by the bookings we retain. As a small business, we require financial stability to ensure we are able to continue to provide you with exceptional service, and enforcing our cancellation, rescheduling, and no show policy is essential to maintaining that stability.
A credit card is required to be on file to help us apply and/or enforce our policies.
*Please note that some services require a deposit.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to do so, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. You may cancel, reschedule, or change your booked appointment up to 48 hours prior to the start of your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be responsible for 20-50% of the booked service and you forfeit any deposit (if applicable), even if you rescheduled to a later date to compensation for our lost wages.
No Call/No Show appointments will be charged for 100% of the booked service.
Illness:
If you are feeling unwell, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment for another time. Please do NOT come to the salon if you are symptomatic. Your health and the health of our team and our other clients, is of utmost importance to us. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to illness and you provide less than 48 hours' notice, you are still responsible for 20-50% of the booked service.
To ensure efficient scheduling and respectful treatment of our time, we kindly request that you refrain from changing your scheduled service within 48 hours of your appointment. In the event that you do need to make a change, please be aware that a fee equal to 20-50% of the full service will be charged. For example, if you have booked a Full Custom Color but decide to switch to Just The Cut on the day of your appointment or within 48 hours of it, we will need to apply up to 20-50% of the original Custom Color service.
In the rare instance that we need to reschedule your appointment, we assure you that any deposit made will be applied towards your new scheduled appointment. Late Cancellation/Rescheduling fees will Not apply.
Our policies are in place to protect our business and to ensure that we can continue to provide our clients with the best possible service.
